Thank you for shopping with Queenie Tarot. Our physical products, including spiritual candles and ritual items, are prepared with care in small batches.
Ready-to-ship candle orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom intention candles or made-to-order spiritual products may require 5–7 business days before shipment, depending on the nature of the order and preparation process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct when placing your order. Queenie Tarot is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Digital Product Policy
Digital products may include downloadable PDF guides, ritual instructions, worksheets, spiritual resources, or other electronic materials.
Digital download products are usually delivered automatically or by email within the time frame stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to you, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct, as your digital product will be sent to that email address.

Written / Electronic Reading Policy
Written or electronic readings are personalized spiritual interpretation products. Because each reading is prepared specifically for the customer, all written and electronic reading orders are final sale once the reading process has begun.
Electronic readings are usually delivered within the time frame stated on the product page or confirmation email.
Please make sure all submitted information is accurate before placing your order. If you need to correct your information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the reading has already started.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Live readings and 1:1 sessions are scheduled services provided by appointment.
After booking, you will receive confirmation details by email. If your session is held online, the session link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or booking.
You may cancel or reschedule your live session based on the following policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made after the scheduled session start time are non-refundable.
