Thank you for choosing Queenie Tarot. Because our offerings include handmade spiritual candles, digital downloads, personalized written readings, and live reading sessions, each product or service has its own refund, return, and cancellation policy.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order, so you understand what is eligible for return, refund, exchange, or rescheduling.

Physical Products: Candles

All candle products are made or prepared in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our candles and the spiritual / ritual use of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, burned, or customized candles.

If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contact@queenietarot.com

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped.

Custom Intention Candles

Custom intention candles are made based on your selected intention, energy, or spiritual purpose. Because these items are personalized, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Digital Downloads

Digital download products are final sale.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to you, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Digital download products may include PDF guides, spiritual resources, ritual instructions, worksheets, or other downloadable materials.

Written / Electronic Readings

Written or electronic readings are personalized spiritual interpretation products. Once your order has been submitted and the reading process has begun, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Electronic readings are usually delivered within the time frame stated on the product page or confirmation email.

If you need to correct your submitted information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the reading has already started.

Live Reading / 1:1 Session

Live readings and 1:1 sessions are scheduled services provided by appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule your live session based on the following policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made after the session start time are non-refundable.
